Shipping Policies
At Bearly Legal Hemp we are working to provide you with the absolute smoothest ordering, preordering, and shipping times possible!
- All of our orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Saturdays & Sundays). This is not guaranteed and sometimes there are unexpected delays. With the recent surge in orders, we are typically experiencing a 1-3 day processing delay for shipment.
- Pre-Ordered items will ship when they come in stock and will have an estimated ship date on the product page.
- Due to the nature of the item, most orders are shipped USPS as they are the safest and most reliable method of shipping currently.
However, if you'd like to request an alternative method like FedEx please feel free to contact us and we can arrange that for you,
Restrictions
We currently do not ship Delta 8 products to the following states as prohibited by state law.

If you received a tracking number please note: your order DID ship and has been handed off to USPS. Although their system might not reflect that update immediately.
